Martin Rice - CEO
With a background in Strategic Marketing, Product Design, and Business Strategy, Martin had already successfully built up a graphic design and brand development company before moving to Erudine. His business nous and entrepreneurial flair have earned him respect across the UK's business landscape.
Philip Rice - CTO
Philip is the visionary who first brought together the ideas behind Erudine's flagship Behaviour Engine technology. He has over 20 years' experience in project management and system development. Philip spent a great deal of time in the nuclear industry, where he developed industry-standard, mission-critical applications for repair robots operating inside nuclear reactors.
Carl Maughan - Operations Director
Formerly the European Lead Architect for a global credit ratings company, Carl joined Erudine near its infancy and is one of only a handful of people who has driven forward the company's technology almost from inception. Carl is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Erudine.
Adrian Hepworth - Business Development Director
Adrian first encountered the Erudine team when he was a Technical Architect at a multinational IT services company. While working on a project using the Behaviour Engine technology, he realised the extent its impact would have on the wider industry. Adrian joined the company to ensure new clients acquire a true understanding of the technology so they can apply it for maximum benefit.
Dr Leon Sucharov - Chief Scientist
Holding an impressive record in technology research (he worked on some of the very first 3D imaging technologies), Leon is another of Erudine's pioneers. He is co-author on many of the patents behind the Behaviour Engine and has been closely involved in the development of the software from early idea to mature product.
Dr Toby Sucharov - Knowledge Guru
Toby has a doctorate in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Numerical Modelling, and has been design authority on most of the projects to which the Behaviour Engine has been applied. He has co-authored Erudine's patents and is one of a core team of people called on to solve real-world, complex IT problems, bringing to bear his exhaustive knowledge of mathematics, logic, and programming.
