Maintenance And Support

Erudine and maintenance

Erudine releases several versions of its software every year. A Maintenance & Support contract means bug-fixes, upgrades and support over the period of the agreement, so once your project has ended you can still use the Erudine Behaviour Engine with full support for as long as you require.

A standard Maintenance & Support contract provides clients with a dedicated support number and email address, and grants full access to a secure support area with regularly updated information, knowledge base and problem forum.

Contracts usually come into effect from the end of the 30-day warranty period (as outlined in the standard licensing agreement). Payment is taken in advance annually and is renewed on the same yearly basis.

Maintenance & Support contracts can be tailored to specific requirements. Erudine offers varying levels of support and Service-level Agreements to suit client needs and, as such, each contract is drawn up on a case-by-case basis.

A note should be made about the end of life policy for software release versions. Users will be given 12 months’ notice of when support will end for a version of the Behaviour Engine and the Maintenance & Support contract subject to agreement.
