Erudine offers a full range of adjustable consultancy services to cover all aspects of a project. From initial planning, through project management, to deployment, our experts can help as much or as little as our clients require.
Consultancy services are closely based on user requirements and last as long as is deemed necessary. Erudine can take on a project entirely, partially, or simply take on a training role. However, because of the unique nature of the Behaviour Engine technology we recommend that our clients make full use of Erudine’s consultancy services at least during early projects.
Initially, we will offer to take on the workloads as your staff spend time becoming more familiar with our technology. For later projects, your fully trained team will be capable of applying the Behaviour Engine to projects, with Erudine simply providing maintenance and service support.
Mentoring
Once the consultation period ends, we advocate the use of our mentoring facilities to support your staff as they acquaint themselves with the Behaviour Engine and its capabilities.
The aim of mentoring is to support the training process, demonstrating unique aspects of the Behaviour Engine as your staff use it. This can range from tool implementation to creating plug-ins – in fact, mentoring will support our clients’ visions for using the Behaviour Engine, no matter what they are.
Erudine’s mentoring and consultancy services can be offered onsite or remotely through several routes, including email, telephone, and web conferencing. Further details are available on request.
