Roundtable Meeting: Proposal Evaluation
The next step is to ensure all the appropriate stakeholders (ideally representing financial, business, and technical areas of your business) are aware, involved and supportive of the engagement, and to ensure agreement on which candidate system is most suitable for the first project.
Meet with all Stakeholders
Ideally, this agreement is facilitated through a ‘roundtable’ meeting where we can discuss commercial terms, due diligence processes and other aspects of the project in a free-speaking setting. If this is not possible then documentation is available that details the engagement process as it is envisioned for your business.
We will look at case studies and other reference material, as well as present the findings from stage one and review the steps taken to date.
Select Project
After liaising with your stakeholders, including technical, business and financial stakeholders, we assess each candidate and decide which one has the best technological ‘fit’ and the most measurable benefits. This then becomes the first project.
