Erudine

Stage 3

Evaluation of Candidate Project

After we have chosen the appropriate candidate system or application for the initial project, we spend time developing a strong business case and detailed specification for the initial phase of a project.

Detailed Specification and Business Case

A detailed proposal will be delivered, including full technical specification, schedules, and, most importantly, business case. It will consist of a project plan, proposed metrics, projected cost savings and a full ROI proposal.

We continue to focus on the real business benefits: ROI, reduced risk, and a flexible, maintainable system that addresses the business/IT divide.

Fully Working Prototype

Erudine will develop an initial prototype of the solution, providing total clarity and transparency for the stakeholders. By doing so we reduce the ‘anxiety gap’, improve product quality and de-risk the delivery of the project.

While both parties jointly own the deliverables, Erudine takes on the commitment to produce the proposal to this point, to ensure minimum impact on your business performance.

This stage completes the pre-engagement phase of the process, and at this point you should have enough detail to have a good view of how successful engaging with Erudine could be and are ready to enter the engagement fully.
