Roundtable Meeting: Initial Phase Assessment
This next checkpoint assesses whether Erudine has delivered against agreed initial phase metrics and demonstrated satisfactory Return On Investment.
Again, this is a decision point that will hopefully feature the main buyers of your company (financial, technical, and business). Here, the delivered initial-phase metrics will be evaluated alongside the proposed metrics and proof of Key Point Indicators (KPIs)
Final Go/No-Go Gate
Key to any agreement on whether to proceed are the metrics delivered by Erudine as compared to the metrics proposed at the start of the initial phase, and if they have been met or exceeded.
Should everything prove satisfactory, the group can then outline the required metrics for the next stage and the remainder of the project.
