Project Delivery
Having delivered the initial phase, and agreed on all the delivered metrics, we can continue to full deployment of the project.
The project is expanded to encompass the whole application or system environment and we then work to the agreed deadline. The initial phase has confirmed the benefits and this expansion to full deployment can be initiated with confidence and reduced risk.
Full solution
The delivered system will be architecturally compliant with your existing environment and contain full visualisation of all necessary data.
During development of the full solution, all requirements are captured and stored electronically alongside test cases and system behaviour. Requirements can be exported in a standard text format and provided as bespoke documentation.
A full audit trail of all available data is available for analysis, which includes migrated data and a complete test suite to support acceptance testing.
Detailed documentation
Project documentation will be prepared and handed over for full analysis by your team. Erudine will put together a full breakdown of all delivered metrics, which can be compared to agreed metrics and assessed by your team.
Skills transfer will continue as your team becomes more comfortable with the software and, depending on agreed deliverables, formal training courses are available that can be continued or expanded at the next stage.
