Review of IT Landscape
In the first stage of the engagement process we take a high-level view of your current IT estate to evaluate the specific areas of your business that will offer the clearest indication of the benefits Erudine will bring.
Strategic Assessment
As a horizontal technology with multiple applications, there may be several different ways the Behaviour Engine can be used within your business. We look at potential candidate systems, particularly legacy systems that are tied to old, expensive and inflexible platforms.
In the past, changing these systems has been too expensive or time-consuming. Using Erudine’s innovative technology, these systems may now be ideally placed for change.
We take the time to evaluate all of your current IT systems and choose, either with the help of your experts or through our own initiative, which of these systems is most conducive to a Proof of Concept project.
Identify 3 candidate Systems
We will create a shortlist of three candidate systems that will best illustrate potential Return On Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership figures when compared to a “traditional” approach.
We may also go into more depth, discussing the Behaviour Engine in more technical detail and determining who the stakeholders are.
