Stage 4
Go/No Go Gate
At this stage of the engagement process, there is a checkpoint to signal the end of the first project phase. A full breakdown of metrics is available at this point, along with a detailed business case for the initial phase.
The aim is to confirm that what Erudine has delivered so far matches your organisation’s expectations, and is indicative of what could be achieved on a full project.
We find this is best accomplished at a roundtable meeting with key stakeholders, who have the best insight into the business, financial, and technical facets of your organisation.
Here, everyone can spend time discussing the results of the initial phase, and interact with the prototype system to get a real feel for the practical benefits of Erudine’s Behaviour Engine.
The outcome will hopefully be an agreement to progress to full engagement and on to Stage 5.
This next phase will require commitment and investment from both parties.
