As a client-centred business, our aim is to make the engagement process as painless as possible and rapidly highlight a route to delivering greater value.
We understand the constraints on your time and other resources but by offering a clearly defined process, with review points at regular intervals and in-depth documentation, we hope to limit the effort required while at the same time offering maximum Return on Investment.
Erudine’s engagement process
Erudine’s structured approach centres on clearly defined development stages:
Stage 1 - Review of the IT Landscape
Stage 2 - First Roundtable Meeting: Proposal Evaluation
Stage 3 - Evaluation of Candidate Project
Stage 4 - Second Roundtable Meeting: Engagement Confirmation
Stage 5 - Project Commences
Stage 6 - Third Roundtable Meeting: Initial Phase Assessment
Stage 7 - Project Delivery
Stage 8 - Full Evaluation
It should be noted that the first three stages are completely undertaken at Erudine’s cost, which includes the construction of a demonstration system to showcase the Behaviour Engine’s capability and the cost-savings it can offer.
There are also two clearly defined ‘Go/No-Go Gates’ (Stages 4 and 6), at either of which you can assess the progress made so far and find reassurance to proceed to the next stage.
